That conversation got hijacked and turned into diversity. As a result of that as many challenges as other immigrant communities of color face indians are doing okay in blacks fall further behind because its promised that diversity would help everyone including the adjudicated victims of slavery hasnt come true. Diversity is more helpless you know these diversity priorities. They skimmed the top of the asian and indian and other communities and low income blacks fall further and further behind and we say look at all this diversity. Blacks who suffer from jim crow fall further and further behind. So while yes you do need to have this multipolar conversation there is a blackwhite conversation that needs to be had. The clinics have traditionally for 12 years worked on the care transformation and focused on that level. In february of 2012, we became an aco and we will have over 200,000 patients in and 1800 providers. We had rapid growth and thats a challenge to sustaining this. We have been successful and as an aco and surprisingly so. In the interim report, we did not save money for medicare and we did by a lot. So with that it kind of was the accumulation of a good year in the commercial and governmental setting and also with our own employers and employees. And traumaticsd brain injury overlap, a lot of times has to do with the way that somebody thats a traumatic brain injury could be through a that theyevent, so might have ptsd associated with the dramatic brain injury.
