Election workers told our team on the ground they were struggling to use a new Smart Phone App created just for the caucus, and when they turned to the backup plan and called the report, there were major delays. Like the rest of the country, the candidates waited. As it neared midnight and still no results, they came out to address supporters. We know theres delays but we know one thing, we are punching above our weight. Looks like it will be a long night but im feeling good. It is too close to call. Stalled literally over the bahamas along with heavy winds and storm surges, 30 inches of rain could fall in some isolated areas. Videos show devastating damage in the abaco islands with homes nearly fully submerged with water. The devastation is unprecedented.
