More than 30 people are missing after a collision between an oil tanker and a cargo ship off the east coast of china. Its the worst disaster of its kind for many years. The tanker remains on fire and 136,000 barrels of oil worth around 60 million are either burning or spilling into the sea. Andy moore reports still burning fiercely many hours after the original collision, and still no confirmed news about the fate of its 32 crew. 30 were iranian and two were from bangladesh. The Democratic Party president ial contender joe biden has unveiled his plan to address economic disparities in americas minority communities. In a speech in his home town of wilmington, mr biden said he would spend tens of billions of dollars to help people of colour overcome, what he called, the racial wealth gap, if he wins the election in november.
