TWO Winchester schoolboys have been dealt with for their role in an incident in which an imitation firearm was brandished. The incident took place in Mews Lane in Winchester on January 20 and one 14-year-old admitted having an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. The other boy, also aged 14, admitted illegal possession of a knife. Both boys were referred to Hampshire Youth Offending Team for six months. They cannot be named for legal reasons.
