A Northamptonshire-based cheesemaker threatened with closure as his business struggles in the light of Covid-related restrictions is battling for survival by urging people to pledge to eat his cheese in 2021. Gary Bradshaw, founder of Hamm Tun, producers of traditional English cheeses, has launched a page on the website Crowdfunder with the aim of raising £40,000, a sum that will enable him to stay afloat.
