Those who knew Allan Skipwith knew when he set his sights on a goal, more often than not he got the job done. The Tūhourangi Tribal Authority (TTA) chairman, who died on Friday, will be remembered for both his work with his iwi and in the Rotorua community.
Te Mana o Ngāti Rangitihi Trust (Te Mana) and TTA made the announcement in July last year, one year after the Deed of Undertaking was signed between the iwi.
