Controversial businessperson Hamilton Ndlovu, who shot to fame when he posted several high-end vehicles after scoring Covid-19 protective personal equipment tenders in 2020, has been banned from doing business with the state.
Matlhaba Manala, advocate for Ndlovu and Hamilton Holdings, questioned the quality of evidence submitted by the Special Investigating Unit and the National Health Laboratory Services.
The "author of a fraudulent scheme" are the words the Special Investigating Unit has used to describe flashy businessman Hamilton Ndlovu, who scored close to R172 million in personal protective equipment contracts from the National Health Laboratory Service.
