According to Baltimore Police, there were two separate shootings Thursday morning; one of the victims is a 36-year-old man who was transported to a hospital with non-fatal gunshot wounds, the other was found lying in the street in West Baltimore.
This week’s fatal shooting of a teenager and a recent spate of other violent incidents in Central Towson have spurred concern among business owners and officials who worry fear of crime will deter customers from patronizing downtown businesses.
