Images via Twitter A cyclist was hospitalised with injuries sustained after a serious crash at Richmond Park earlier this morning (Thursday, February 18). Images posted by the Met Police Royal Parks account showed the aftermath of the crash with the front of the car involved almost entirely smashed to pieces by the collision. Two people were also visible in one of the images surrounding the car, with what appeared to be buckled fencing nearby. A spokesperson for the account said the incident took place near the Ham Gate at Richmond Park on Thursday morning.
