Why do you think your grandfather made that decision . Guest my grandfather always said that he made a decision to end the war and save american and japanese lives. I understand that thats a simplistic answer, but that was something that he stuck to all of his life. For me i have been listening a little bit to the Previous Program the previous guests. It is still today a complicated issue whether it was the right decision to end the war. Whether a blockade would have done the same thing. Whether or not we would have had to invade.
