Governor says he wont sign a budget unless it includes his proposal to overall the states Largest Health insurer, Democratic Assembly speaker and other lawmakers do not support that proposal. The last time the state of new jersey was shutdown was over ten years ago. That lasted for nearly a week. You have a lot of very unhappy people about this reality.
