The stakes are higher than ever, and tonight is the best last chance for the candidates to make their case to a National Audience before election day on november 3rd. So the candidates are going to take the stage in just over an hour, Belmont University in tennessee. The first debate was chaotic, lots of interruptions. The commission on president ial debates has changed the rules a bit. It decided to mute the microphone of the candidate not speaking for the first two minutes of each separate debate topic.
