林士峰11日在臉書貼文指出，近期一直有人帶風向，指出台北的確診人數比較多，柯文哲市長的防疫「做很爛」。但他認為，防疫還是老話一句，「沒有篩檢，就沒有確診人數」。如果社區中隱形傳播鍊過多的時候，累積到一個程度，一樣有可能會再爆發新的一波群聚感染。

最後，林士峰強調，他近期已重申過很多次，就是指揮中心法定指引的方針，應該要修正，現有的匡列方式已經很難應付已經在5月中大量溜進社區裡的無症狀感染者了，方法不改，確診人數的數字再漂亮，也很難得到民眾的信任。
