We are live in kearny, lou young, cbs 2 news. A rally in support of chapter schools of Charter Schools. The demonstration started in brooklyn. Thousands marched over the Brooklyn Bridge and ended up at city hall. Cbs 2 political reporter Marcia Kramer was there and is here now with more. Marcia. But there was a much Smaller Group at city hall because construction was going on in the plaza so police limited the crowd to several hundred.
