MANSFIELD - The following restaurant inspections with critical violations were conducted by Richland Public Health between April 28 and May 3.

Buffalo Wild Wings, 949 N. Lexington Springmill Road, Ontario, April 28. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation (critical, corrected during inspection). Foods in cook line freezer were not protected. Insufficient air gap between the flood rim and the water supply inlet (critical). The air gap at the drain is insufficient due to the metal cup placed under the pipe in the back storage at the fountain syrup storage. Correct by May 5.
