Sidney woman sentenced to 53 months in prison By Kyle Shaner - kshaner@sidneydailynews.com SIDNEY – A 23-year-old Sidney woman was sentenced to almost four-and-a-half years in prison on charges involving drug trafficking. Judge James F. Stevenson sentenced Haley Paige Elliott. 23, of Sidney, to 47 months in prison on charges of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth degree felony, trafficking in drugs, a fifth degree felony, and aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third degree felony. As part of a plea deal, two additional charges of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both fourth degree felonies, and two additional charges of trafficking in drugs, both fifth degree felonies, were dismissed.
