PKH Ventures Ltd. has withdrawn its Rs 379.4-crore initial public offering after receiving a subdued response from investors
The company cited a poor response from qualified institutional buyers as the reason behind this decision, it said in a statement on Wednesday.
The Rs 379.35 crore-IPO of PKH Ventures kicks off for subscription on Friday as the company looks to sell its shares in the range of Rs 140-148 apiece, with a lot size of 100 equity shares until July 4.
The issue will open for subscription on June 30 and close on July 4. The allotment will be on July 7, initiation of refunds will be on July 10 and listing on exchanges will be on July 12.
PKH Ventures is eyeing Rs 379.35 crore from its IPO. PKH Ventures intends to sell 2,56,32,000 shares, which includes a fresh issue of up to 1,82,58,400 shares and an offer for sale of 7,373,600 shares.
