KUALA LUMPUR: It has been over two months since the horrific floods in mid-December, but cancer survivor Tan Tin Haw, from the Tiong Nam area near Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, is still struggling to pick up the pieces.
KUALA LUMPUR: Residents of Tiong Nam here, who were badly affected by the floods in the middle of December, 2021 spent Saturday (Feb 26) morning participating in outreach activities by the Malaysian Red Crescent Society Kuala Lumpur (MRCSKL).
THE Malaysian Red Crescent Society (MRCS) will be providing 9,000 #CovidHomeCare kits to support marginalised Covid-19 patients who are undergoing home quarantine.
PETALING JAYA: The US Embassy in Malaysia has donated RM420,000 for post-flood recovery efforts here through the United States Agency for International Development.
The US Embassy in Kuala Lumpur said the aid made through the US Agency for International Development will support the provision of health services to flood affected households in Malaysia, including medical treatment, disease prevention, and mental health services.
