Share The Kano State coordinator, National Youths Service Corps (NYSC), Hajiya Aisha Tata Mohammed said the NYSC in Kano lost two corps members to untimely death while five members were to repeat service year. Mohammed noted that most corps members said they were at the initial stage not happy to serve in Kano but later realised that the state was accommodating while transportation and food were cheap in the state. This was just as a total number of 2,155 participated in the Passing-out Parade (POP) of Batch “A” 2020 held on Thursday. This includes 1,296 males and 869 females. Mohammed, who disclosed this to pressmen on Thursday during the POP held at the Federal Government Secretariat, Kano, however, added that the two corps members that lost their lives died at their parent homes.
