Juhar said they include the State Health Department, Immigration, Police, Armed Forces, Civil Defence Force (APM), Esscom, Customs, Rela, local authorities, agencies and staff at the district level, Covid-19 Sabah Disaster Management Committee, immunisation program staff, Disaster Management Operations Centre and all parties involved
