Babri Masjid Demolition Judgement Challenged Published by GulteDesk January 09, 2021 More than three months after the verdict on the Babri Masjid demolition case was delivered by a CBI special court, two residents of Ayodhya on Friday moved the Allahabad High Court challenging the acquittal of all the 32 accused, including BJP veterans L K Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi. Haji Mahboob and Haji Sayyad Akhlaq Ahmad filed the petition in Lucknow bench of the high court on behalf of All India Muslim Personal Law Board. The duo challenged the special court’s judgement after the CBI did not approach the high court against the acquittal of the accused by the special court, a counsel of the petitioners said.
