Raymond Gore and his nephew Antwann Gore are charged with killing four people at a boarding house last summer. Antwann Gore remains a fugitive after being indicted Jan. 5. Raymond Gore turned himself in after being indicted last month and was denied bond by a judge on Friday.
Portsmouth District Judge Roxie Holder dismissed all charges against Raymond Gore at the end of a preliminary hearing. The judge said she didn't believe prosecutors had presented sufficient evidence to establish probable cause in the case.
Will Patterson Jr. was found guilty on all 12 charges he faced, which included attempted capital murder, aggravated malicious wounding, and several gun charges.
