东南网6月16日讯（海峡导报记者林少蓉通讯员刘启国）暑假临近，“农家乐”将迎来“高峰”。厦门“月月十五查餐厅”昨日突击检查海沧天竺山两家农家乐，其中一家四瓶调味品过期，将面临立案调查。昨日上午10时，厦门市食办、人大代表、市民代表组成民评小分队，和市场监管执法人员、媒体记者来到海沧天竺山香之宴香草主题餐厅。一进门，执法人员就展开仔细检查，核对墙上的“食品安全信息公示栏”，查看后厨、食材仓库、冰箱等，发现冰箱食材保鲜盒没贴制作时间和保质期、部分食材没加盖需立即整改，消毒柜没消毒记录，操作台上发现一把锈迹斑斑的菜刀。海沧区东孚市场监管所副所长万雪宏说，东孚有近40家农家乐，将帮助餐饮企业提升卫生质量，并加强后厨监管。执法人员在石鼓埯休闲农庄发现，后厨桌面上一瓶快用
