It s a fundraiser where a ticket gets you access to videos and recipes from these popular chefs. 100% of ticket sales will go to the Coalition of Asian American Leaders (CAAL), which is out of St. Paul, Minnesota. Here s how Minnesota Rice works. You ll need to buy a ticket, which costs $100. That ticket will get you access to seven different instructional videos that will be released throughout the month of May, which is Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month. The seven videos will guide you through the recipes that you ll get sent along with the video. It s not a live event so you can watch the videos and follow along whenever you have time.
