The Spring Creek Medical Office building was developed in 2019 by Haggard Property Group.
The 48,000-square-foot office building is at the Dallas North Tollway and Spring Creek Parkway. Since 2019, it has been owned by Milwaukee-based Hammes Partners.
The property was purchased by Boca Raton, Fla.-based Kayne Anderson Real Estate Advisors. Kayne Anderson is a private firm that invests in medical real estate and student and seniors housing.
Tenants in the building include Cornea Associates of Texas, Prime Diagnostic Imaging and Baylor Scott & White.
