A year on from Quadrant Private Equityâs acquisition of beleaguered tech services company Arq Group, the business has become an end-to-end digital transformation technology provider and had its earnings quadruple.
The business is virtually unrecognisable compared with the one Quadrant acquired as part of a consortium for $35 million, with chief executive Tristan Sternson saying it had âretiredâ its former data centre operations, as well as some of its consulting practices.

Instead, Arq Group has bulked up its skills in cloud, data science, artificial intelligence and digital technologies for mobile and web applications.
