Anything about the judges order asking ursula not to cry on the stand . Something you can talk about when now after its over . Well i think the judge conducted a fair and orderly proceeding. I think that i see victims and witnesses become emotional on the stand throughout trials and i think its appropriate if its if its natural and not done in a way that would detract from her it testimony, it would be appropriate for her to express her emotions when she testifies. Mr. Quinn the judge threw out a lot of evidence you brought. Obviously at the time that hurt your case. Going forward that theoretically helps the appealable issue. The appealable issue any evidence that was excluded is not going to be the subject of an appeal. The appellate process takes care of itself. Automatic appeal firstdegree murder. Im george howell. And im natalie allen. We are following reports that a military operation is under way to retake the hydroelectric dam from isis militants. Cnn confirmed it is a combined u. S. iraqi combat near mosul. The Kurdish News Agency reports an american and iraq warplanes began hours ago bombing strongholds near the dam which blocks the tigris river north of the city. Isis captured that earlier this month and told iraqi and Peshmerga Forces plan to follow up air strikes with a ground assault. Joining us now from baghdad cnns jomana.
