夏のスイーツはフルーツが王道。伝統の「資生堂パーラー 銀座本店サロン・ド・カフェ」では、7月1～31日まで、“真夏のパフェフェア”第一弾を開催する。和歌山県 紀の川市産“あら川の桃”のパフェ（税込み2,500円）や、沖縄県 西表島産“アップルマンゴー”のパフェ（税込み2,800円）など、産地直送で旬にこだわった果物のパフェ4種類が楽しめる。
