Marshall County sentences man found with four pounds of Methamphetamine By: Benjamin Pilarski
Miller’s sister-in-law, who was driving the vehicle, was stopped for speeding.
The vehicle was then towed because Miller’s sisters-in-law license was suspended and Miller did not have a license.
The arresting officer then was granted consent to search and Miller informed the officer he had four pounds of Methamphetamine underneath the floor board between his feet.
Miller was convicted of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Methamphetamine and being a Habitual Offender.
Miller was given an aggravated sentence of thirty years at the Indiana Department of Correction on Count I a Level 2 Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine and sixteen years on Count II a Level 3 for Possession of Methamphetamine.
