7月21日晚上8时，武晓范、李飞二人带着宋女士的嘱托，买了饮用水和食物，冒雨骑车找到宋大爷家。
“屋里没有一点烟火气，老人反复念叨断水断电、电话打不通。”李飞回忆，宋大爷家里只有一根蜡烛、一个打火机。小区基站被大雨冲击，手机没有信号，他接不到女儿的电话，家里的亲戚都被大雨阻隔在外地。家里断水断电2天，能喝的水只剩一点。
