Thank you, Grant, and welcome to our call. With me today is Brian Miller, our Chief Financial Officer. As you ve seen, in addition to our fourth quarter earnings, we made another very significant announcement this morning. So, we have a lot to talk about today. I d like to point out that we posted on our Investor Relations website and filed with our 8-K, a presentation on the acquisition and we ll refer to some of those slides later in the call.
