Surekha Kanzig of Surekha’s on the Snye is already booking reservations for Valentine’s Day. On Monday, restaurants like her own were allowed to reopen to dine-in services, albeit with heavy restrictions.
Seating is limited and spaced out. Tables are capped to six people and must all live within the same home. Single people can have no more than two close contacts. Fitness centres can reopen, but only for one-on-one training.
