The Allahabad High Court did not provide relief to the Muslim side in the Gyanvapi mosque case after the Varanasi court allowed Hindu prayers in the mosque s cellar. The court will hear the case on February 6. The order was passed on the day of Varanasi district judge Ajaya Krishna Vishvesha s retirement. The district court had appointed the Varanasi District Magistrate as the receiver of the property on January 17. The appeal filed by the Muslim side also challenges this order.
