The district police chief has suspended two policemen, including Inspector Gyanendra Rai, in connection with a blast that took place in a firecracker warehouse in Aligarhwa town adjacent to the Nepal border that claimed five lives and left two others critically injured.

During the probe, it was found that the nursing home had no permission from the chief medical officer (CMO) and the two accused did not have any degrees of medical practitioner either, Rai said.
KIRTIPUR, April 23: A cheetah which had been spreading terror in and around the Tribhuvan University area for a month was trapped this morning. It is said people traveling in vehicles in the morning and evening on the road passing through the TU campus used to encounter the cheetah. The wild cat had also attacked some pedestrians.
