disturbing discovery in fairfax county. a body was discovered after police were called out it twice. reporter: a warm and sunny afternoon in reston, virginia. but residents witnessed a chilling scene. police removed a body from their neighborhood. i m kind of worried because i live with my daughter and, you know, i don t know what s going on anymore. i really, like, feel bad what s happening here. it all started with a call for a fight, just before 1:00 a.m. responding officers didn t find anything, but they were called back to the area about an hour later for a report of a missing person. when the officers came back for the missing persons report, their investigation gave them cause to investigate further and keep pushing. the body was found behind bushes, next to a power box. as police worked to gather evidence, they had to call in a crew from dominion virginia power to cut off electricity to this box. this is the first time in 25 years i have seen anything like
