Great Minds Coffee Roasters in Oakville has been busy this spring.
The roastery announced a new limited edition blend, All the Berries. The light/medium coffee is “a fruity and berry forward blend of Kenyan, Ethiopian and Honduran coffees.” The blend is available online and in the roastery.
The beans also are being brewed into another drink: Black Hog Brewing in Oxford also created a new Caramel Macchiato Coffee Milk Stout using Great Minds Coffee. The beer is available in its tasting room as well as in local package stores.
Great Minds also recently announced a partnership with the University of Hartford, which will offer its java on campus for students, faculty and visitors.
