NEWPORT – Neighbors have filed three separate lawsuits in Superior Court against Salve Regina University and the city’s Zoning Board of Review in an effort to prevent future construction of two dormitories near their properties.
Alan and Marilla Cervasio have filed two of the lawsuits. The dormitory would front Lawrence Avenue between Shepard and Victoria avenues where five small buildings owned by the university now stand.
