megyn: fox news alert, we are just now getting word that a christian pastor sentenced to death in iran is still alive. the 34-year-old was arrested more than two years ago, sentenced to death by hanging for converting from islam, and then he refused to renounce his christianity. we are getting these reports from the american center for law and justice. they have been trying to draw attention to this case to save this man s life. jay allen seculo you know from this program is chief counsel for that group, and you guy cans have been doing yeoman s work on this, jay. as of today, he is still alive but we don t know how much longer that s going to last. that s right. we got word on that this morning. talk about doing a good job. i want to thank fox news and
