The man they say didnt try to rob the bank but say he was inside the bank acting erratically. Employees got concerned and called 911 for help. They said when the police got to the scene the man had a knife in his hand and then came gun fire. Here now from captain darren frank with the Montgomery County police. Montgomery county Police Received a call for a trespasser at the Capital One Bank here. Officers were dispatched and at approximately 11 58 two officers arrived on scene and made contact with a black male subject who we believe to be of middle age. The suspect immediately produced a weapon, would not comply with the officers and the officers were forced to use their Service Weapon and shoot the subject. Reporter that man was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
