there is word the court is having trouble finding enough jurors who haven t heard about the case. they only need six. according to published reports the suspect bob ward told cops five times during his initial 911 call he shot his wife. he now claim her death was an accident and has pleaded not guilty. there s the party of the call he made during the police interrogation. here s a video clip during which he s said to be talking to his brother-in-law. i probably can t tell you anything right now other than that she s dead. and it was an accident. and i will tell you more about it later. but, you know it was a very tragic accident. shepard: prosecutors claim they found the suspect s dna on the gun. forensic tests shows somebody fired it from more than a foot from the body. investigators have released this jailhouse video showing the suspect dancing and

shepard, it has taken them a long time, three days just to find six jurors in part in part of that dancing video. so far no defense made by ward or his supporters as to why a man accused of shooting and killing his wife. shooting her in the face and that woman s daughter were dancing on opposite sides of the glass in the jail house. but they have found six jurors four men, two women. this jury right on the heels of the major casey anthony case, another high profile murder mystery coming to orlando could be starting tomorrow morning, shepard. shepard: are the prosecutors saying anything yet about why they think he might have done this? so far two motives speculated. ward himself says he was trying to prevent a suicide. the coroner s report did find a high level of antidepressant and alcohol in the deseized body. as far as other possible motives, money could be one. ward himself, a failed businessman was facing a string of bankruptcy lawsuits. his wife was scheduled to testify in a
