Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated a Cyber Security Operations Centre at the Assam Rifles Headquarters in Shillong. The centre, the first of its kind among Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), aims to strengthen the cybersecurity posture of the Assam Rifles. It will conduct real-time monitoring, mitigate external threats, and prevent cyber violations in the Assam Rifles Wide Area Network (ARWAN).
