7月29日中午，接到省局紧急通知后，党委书记、监狱长贺爱国第一时间召开专题部署会，调整勤务等级和执勤模式。当日下午，召开全体中层干部会议，进一步完善疫情防控工作领导小组和8个工作小组，构建联防联控工作体系，制定下发了疫情防控实施方案。7月30日，召开专题党委会，传达贯彻全省司法行政工作推进会议精神。7月31日，8月2日，8月3日分别召开疫情防控专题部署会，研判疫情形势，进一步细化防控举措。各部门第一时间传达会议精神和工作要求，确保人人知晓、全员参与，在全狱上下形成“一盘棋”�
