Gide has advised Adeo, European leader and the third largest global player in the home improvement and DIY market, on the sale of 100% of equity in Leroy Merlin Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd and the transfer of its property in Beijing to Ministorage Investment V Limited, a Hong Kong registered company operating a self-storage business in Asia.
