A Del City High School student is out of the classroom for the rest of the year after they were arrested Monday morning for bringing a gun to school in his backpack.
Northern Gateway Public Schools Supt. Kevin Bird said the gun was confiscated at Percy Baxter School and an in-depth review of why it was brought to school has been launched.
