Man arrested in connection with fatal Scarborough stabbing

Toronto Police say they have made an arrest in connection with Toronto’s first homicide of the year.
A 24-year-old, Guled Mohamad, has been charged with second degree murder in the stabbing death of a 25-year-old from Minnesota.
On Jan. 13 at around 5:09 p.m., police said they were called to a residential building at Eglinton and Midland avenues for reports of a stabbing.
When officers arrived, they found citizens performing CPR on the victim.

Toronto police have arrested a man in connection with the city s first homicide of the year.
Police say a 25-year-old American man, Mohamed Jeylani, of Minnesota, was stabbed to death in Scarborough on Jan. 13.
Emergency crews were called to a residential building in the area of Eglinton Avenue East and Midland Avenue at about 5:10 p.m. last Wednesday.
