Technical Education and Skills Development Authority Director-General Danilo Cruz MANILA - President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has named former Labor Undersecretary Danilo Cruz as the new head of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Malacanang announced Wednesday. Cruz's appointment was confirmed by Press Secretary Trixie Cruz-Angeles in a statement sent to Palace reporters on Wednesday.
