County Chairman Skip Alston said leaders in Guilford County are coming together to get the homeless population out of the cold as fall turns into winter.
One week after Cone Health was forced to cancel more than 10,000 first-dose coronavirus vaccine appointments and the Guilford County Health Department received only a small amount of COVID-19 vaccine doses, both places said they will be reopening appointments.This comes after city and county leaders held a press conference and one leader sent a letter to the state asking for more doses.
