Said in the Opening Ceremony of the 1402 1403 crop year and the fourth year of the production plan in the drylands in the last crop year, the utilization of the drylands has increased by 40 . Mr. Nik vacht added the institutions and equipment needed by the farmers have been provided for the new crop year, which will be provided to them gradually. Allocation of more than a thousand one billion tomans of education to the Agricultural Sector is one of the other plans for the new crop year. Also, in the new crop year, more than 7 million hectares of Agricultural Land will be cultivated. Cultivation is given priority to wheat. We must try to bring the production and average levels closer to these records that our farmers have. In some places, we are harvesting 12 tons and 11 tons. There should not be a gap between one and one. Half a ton or 2 tons instead of 12, we should try to get close to our record and this will not be possible except with knowledgebased agriculture and increasing the p
