MUMBAI: Rejecting the bail plea of the 36-year-old owner of a dilapidated building, a portion of which collapsed and fell on a house at Nagpada in August killing two, a sessions court recently said that there is every possibility of him tampering with the prosecution evidence and pressurizing witnesses if released. The family of one of the victims filed an intervention plea and alleged that that a family member of the accused Gufran Qureshi, had visited the premises of the victims and threatened their relatives.
