DENVER (BRAIN) Revved, the parent company of closed mountain bike brand Guerrilla Gravity, is auctioning its manufacturing equipment this month following the appointment of a state court receiver. The auction, to be held Dec. 14, includes more than 400 lots of thermoplastic manufacturing machinery and intellectual property for making frames and rims.
FRUITA, Colo. (BRAIN) Canfield Bikes will distribute service parts for Guerrilla Gravity bikes, which ceased operations in September.The remaining Guerrilla Gravity frame and service parts, and select merchandise inventory will be offered through CanfieldBikes.com with an estimated mid-December ship date while supplies last.
